1.    Insert the installation media dvd into dvd rom.
2.    Go to cmd and open it as administration.
3.    Write DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs
Here Sorce:X means the place where the media dvd are.
4.    Press enter and wait for some times. .Net Framework will be installed automatically in windows 8.1.
